I had back and neck pain, but in an extremely relaxing atmosphere, Marzia did an amazing job. I now really feel better. The pain is almost gone and I can't remember the last time I was so relaxed. It was a real delight. The (sorry, I don't rember his name, I think he was Spanish) guy at the reception was also really kind.
